Video Production Equipment Operator

The Broadcast Studio Operator will work with business owners to define the communication goals and consult on the best creative and technical solutions to meet those objectives. They will gather all project requirements and engage the appropriate internal and external video production resources to meet the customer's needs. Work outside of regular business hours and on weekends will be required occasionally to meet the needs of customers. Domestic and international travel will also be required occasionally to manage the production of events at off-site venues. A primary function of this role is to manage recordings in and around the Washington, DC office. This includes operating and maintaining the new studio as well as the field production equipment. It will require working knowledge of cameras, framing, lighting and audio.
