- Lead a team of GIS professionals in the development and execution of GIS projects for clients.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements and provide customized GIS solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in GIS technology and incorporate them into project strategies.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of GIS databases and systems for clients.
- Provide technical expertise and support to team members and clients on GIS-related matters.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and mentoring to team members.
- Manage relationships with clients and foster business growth by identifying new opportunities and building strong partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all GIS projects.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to integrate GIS technology with other systems and processes.
- Develop and deliver presentations and training sessions to educate clients and team members on GIS technology and its applications.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.

Bachelor's Degree In Geography, Gis, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Gis Management, Specifically In The Utilities Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Gis Software, Such As Esri Arcgis, And Its Applications In The Utilities Sector.
Proficiency In Project Management, Including Budgeting, Planning, And Resource Allocation.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Clients And Stakeholders.
