- Develop and implement GIS strategies to support the digital transformation and consulting services for our clients in the utilities industry.
- Lead and manage a team of GIS professionals, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into GIS solutions that drive innovation and improve operations.

- Provide training and support to internal and external teams on GIS tools and processes, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security protocols, maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of client data.
- Act as a subject matter expert on GIS technology, providing thought leadership and contributing to the development of best practices and standards within the organization.
- Collaborate with business development teams to identify and pursue new opportunities for GIS services, contributing to the growth and success of the company.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Geographic Information Systems (Gis), Geography, Environmental Science, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Gis Data Management And Analysis, Preferably In The Utilities Industry.
Proficiency In Gis Software Such As Arcgis, Qgis, And/Or Mapinfo, As Well As Database Management And Data Modeling Tools.
Experience In Project Management, Including Managing Budgets, Timelines, And Resources.
Strong Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
