User Experience Researcher
Use your creativity, resourcefulness, and research skills in collaboration with a rapidly growing team of innovators, disruptors and problem solvers to make Accenture’s internal IT solutions more human. Work with design and product leads to identify areas where UX research can best provide insight and impact and develop research roadmaps. Identify appropriate research methodologies and gather data to validate research questions and hypotheses. Facilitate and lead research studies as a means of gathering strategic and robust insights . Generate the appropriate artifacts based on research findings to create empathy and understanding. Ensure research results are actionable and contribute directly to meeting project and business goals.
Minimum 5 years of end-to-end experience with all aspects of UX research including study design, recruiting
Minimum 5 years of creating surveys as well as being able to send them out to created focus groups.
Experience Synthesizing information that has been sent out to focus groups
