  1. Lead and manage UKG projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
  2. Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  3. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  4. Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of project tasks.
  5. Communicate project progress, issues, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
  6. Utilize project management best practices and methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery.
  7. Act as a subject matter expert on UKG software, providing guidance and support to team members and clients.
  8. Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure project deliverables meet their expectations.
  9. Monitor project budget and resource utilization, making adjustments as needed to ensure profitability.
  10. Provide regular updates and reports on project status, risks, and dependencies to relevant stakeholders.
  11. Mentor and train team members on project management best practices and UKG software.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in UKG software to continuously improve project delivery.

  • Experience With Ukg Implementation: A Ukg Project Manager Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Ukg Platform, Including Its Modules And Functionalities. They Should Have Experience With Implementing Ukg For Clients In Different Industries And Be Able To Provide Solutions Tailored To Their Specific Needs.

  • Project Management Skills: As A Project Manager, They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Projects From Initiation To Closure. This Includes Creating And Managing Project Plans, Identifying And Mitigating Risks, And Ensuring Timely Delivery Within Budget Constraints.

  • Stakeholder Management: A Project Manager At Accenture Should Possess Excellent Stakeholder Management Skills, Including The Ability To Communicate With Clients, Team Members, And Senior Management Effectively. They Should Be Able To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Stakeholders To Ensure Project Success.

  • Ukg Certifications: Accenture Highly Values Employees Who Are Certified In Ukg Products And Modules. A Ukg Project Manager Should Possess Relevant Certifications, Such As Ukg Pro Consultant, Ukg Pro Advanced Consultant, And Ukg Pro Implementation Consultant.

  • Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: A Ukg Project Manager Should Have Strong Analytical Skills To Understand Complex Business Processes And Identify Areas For Improvement.
