In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and design solutions using UKG Dimensions.   1. Develop and design solutions using UKG Dimensions, taking into consideration client business needs and requirements.
  2. Work closely with clients to understand their current technology landscape and provide recommendations for improvement and optimization.
  3. Utilize your strong understanding and expertise in UKG Dimensions to create and implement innovative solutions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of UKG Dimensions solutions.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the implementation process.
  6. Stay up-to-date on the latest UKG Dimensions updates and enhancements, and make recommendations for incorporating these into client solutions.
  7. Conduct thorough analysis and research to identify potential risks and provide mitigation strategies.
  8. Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members, providing updates and progress reports as needed.
  9. Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise in UKG Dimensions.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and methodologies to ensure efficient and effective delivery of UKG Dimensions solutions.
  11. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new opportunities and potential clients.
  12. Represent Accenture and the UKG Dimensions practice at industry events and conferences.
  13. Adhere to company and client security and data privacy protocols.
  14. Maintain a high level of professionalism, accountability, and integrity in all interactions with clients and team members.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience With Ukg Dimensions Software: A Ukg Dimensions Solution Architect At Accenture Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Ukg Dimensions Software And Its Various Modules. This Includes Experience In Implementing, Customizing, And Optimizing The Software For Clients.

  • Strong Technical Skills: The Job Requires A Strong Technical Background, Including Proficiency In Database Management, Sql, And Programming Languages Such As Java Or Python. The Candidate Should Also Have Experience With Cloud-Based Technologies And Knowledge Of Integrations With Other Hr Systems.

  • Knowledge Of Ukg Dimensions Best Practices: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Ukg Dimensions Best Practices And Be Able To Apply Them To Client Solutions. This Includes Knowledge Of Industry-Specific Regulations And Compliance Requirements.

  • Project Management Experience: A Ukg Dimensions Solution Architect Should Have Experience Leading Large-Scale Projects And Managing Project Teams. This Includes The Ability To Create Project Plans, Track Progress, And Manage Client Expectations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Key Liaison Between Clients And The Accenture Team, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential. The Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders And Build Strong Relationships With Clients.
