Job Description

You’ll engage in projects that design and stand up/activate Accenture’s agency and management consulting services. You’ll lead strategic engagements with our life sciences clients that encompass a wide range of activities, including assessments, strategic digital agenda. Developing new operating models and organizational structures for our clients that encompass talent, ways of working, technology and governance within and across marketing and the intersections. Gathering and analyzing information from our clients to determine the most valuable opportunities to improve integrated commercial performance and operations, and designing roadmaps, organizations and operations to deliver this. Engaging with senior level clients to collaborate on solutions and approaches to improve and grow their ability to meet business objectives. Supporting new business opportunities through client relationship development, pitches and RFP responses.

Job Qualifications

  • 5 years of commercial (marketing / marketing operations, sales experience with integrated CRM, direct-response and/or data-driven marketing

  • Minimum of 3 years of consulting, as a marketing strategist or defining process and organizational design solutions

  • Minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity defining strategies and plans that improve and grow business outcomes

  • Subject matter expertise in specific TAs: oncology, diabetes, immunology, etc.
