  1. Lead the implementation of energy trading and risk management (ETRM) systems for clients.
  2. Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals to ensure successful delivery of ETRM projects.
  3. Utilize expertise in ETRM processes and trading and risk management principles to optimize clients' operations.
  4. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to gather requirements, provide updates, and troubleshoot issues.
  5. Identify potential risks and provide solutions to mitigate them during implementation.
  6. Train and support end users on ETRM systems to ensure a smooth transition and adoption.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in ETRM technology to continuously improve implementation processes.
  8. Perform system testing and validation to ensure accuracy and functionality.
  9. Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for business growth and provide recommendations.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to clients on ETRM best practices.
  11. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ETRM systems.
  12. Provide regular updates and reports to project managers and stakeholders.
  13. Continuously improve and refine implementation processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Adhere to project timelines and budgets.
  15. Mentor and train junior team members to develop their skills and expertise in ETRM implementation.

Job Qualifications

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Energy Trading And Risk Management (Etrm) Systems: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Etrm Systems, Including Their Functionalities, Data Models, And Integration Capabilities.

  • Experience In Implementing Etrm Solutions: The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Etrm Solutions At Various Organizations, Preferably In The Energy Industry.

  • Proficiency In Relevant Technologies: The Candidate Should Have Experience Working With Relevant Technologies Such As Java, Python, Sql, And Data Visualization Tools.

  • Strong Understanding Of Risk Management Principles: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Risk Management Principles And Methodologies, Including Credit, Market, And Operational Risk.

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills And Be Able To Effectively Manage Projects And Stakeholders In A Fast-Paced Environment. They Should Also Have The Ability To Work In A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
