Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
In-Depth Knowledge And Experience With Tibco And Java Technologies, Including Tibco Businessworks, Tibco Ems, Tibco Activematrix, And Java Ee.
Proven Experience In Leading And Managing Large-Scale Tibco/Java Projects, Including Designing, Developing, And Implementing Complex Integration Solutions.
Strong Understanding Of Agile Methodology And Experience In Agile Project Management, Including Agile Development Practices, Tools, And Frameworks.
Solid Understanding Of Enterprise Architecture Principles, Service-Oriented Architecture (Soa), And Microservices Architecture, As Well As Experience In Designing And Implementing Scalable And Reliable Systems Using These Principles.
