  4. Act as a subject matter expert on Accenture's technology offerings and effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.

  6. Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  8. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and make recommendations for sales strategy adjustments.
  9. Represent Accenture at industry events and conferences to promote our technology solutions.
  10. Mentor and train junior sales team members to help them achieve their sales goals.
  11. Stay updated on competitors' offerings and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  12. Collaborate with other sales directors and team members to share best practices and drive overall company success.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Sales Experience: A Successful Technology Sales Director At Accenture Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Sales Success, Preferably In The Technology Industry. This Includes Experience In Driving Revenue Growth, Managing Sales Teams, And Developing Strategic Sales Plans.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Technology: As A Technology Sales Director, It Is Essential To Have A Deep Understanding Of The Latest Technology Trends And Solutions. Additionally, The Sales Director Must Effectively Communicate With Internal Teams, Including Sales, Marketing, And Technology Experts.

  • Strong Leadership Abilities: As A Leader In The Technology Sales Division, A Technology Sales Director Should Have Excellent Leadership Skills. This Includes The Ability To Motivate And Inspire Sales Teams, Set Clear Goals And Expectations, And Provide Guidance And Support To Team Members. The Sales Director Should Also Have Experience In Building And Managing High-Performing Sales Teams.

  • Business Acumen: A Successful Technology Sales Director Must Have A Strong Business Acumen And Understanding Of The Competitive Landscape. This Includes Knowledge Of Accenture's Offerings, As Well As Its Competitors, And The Ability To Identify New Business Opportunities And Develop Effective Strategies To Win Them.
