Job Description

Provide leadership oversight on critical ServiceNow programs at Fortune 500 clients. Advise clients on strategic decisions that help deliver collective outcomes on their ticketing roadmap, the CMDB transformation and platform DevOps. Oversee the execution and architecture across (CMDB, ITSM, ITOM). Provide leadership oversight and guide additional programs at a Fortune 500 client that rely on the CMDB transformation and manage dependencies. Oversee KPI measurement, connect RAID log across all ServiceNow programs and lead steering reviews with VP community and CIO/ CTO. Lead and manage the implementation project team. Identify opportunities to provide additional value to our clients and to work internally with the ServiceNow account teams to progress. Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years knowledge and experience working with or implementing ServiceNow

  • ServiceNow System Administrator Certification or in depth ServiceNow experience

  • ITIL V3 or V4 Foundations Certification preferred

  • Familiarity with SaaS deployments and its supporting architecture
