  1. Lead ServiceNow implementation projects for clients, ensuring successful delivery within budget and timelines.
  2. Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements and develop customized solutions using ServiceNow platform.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and design optimal solutions.
  4. Configure and customize ServiceNow modules based on client needs, ensuring high quality and standards.
  5. Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members and clients in all aspects of ServiceNow implementation.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during implementation or post-implementation.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and capabilities, and proactively suggest innovative solutions to enhance client experience.
  8. Communicate project progress and updates to the project team and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  9. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
  10. Participate in continuous learning and development activities to enhance technical skills and stay current with industry trends.
  11. Mentor and train junior team members on ServiceNow best practices and implementation methodologies.
  12. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new opportunities and support the development of proposals and sales presentations.

  • Strong Understanding Of Servicenow Platform: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Servicenow Platform, Including Its Features, Capabilities, And Functionalities. This Includes Knowledge Of Its Various Modules Such As Itsm, Csm, Hr, And Security.

  • Implementation Experience: The Candidate Should Have Prior Experience In Implementing Servicenow Solutions For Clients. This Includes Expertise In Gathering Requirements, Designing Solutions, Configuring The Platform, And Delivering Successful Implementations.

  • Technical Skills: A Servicenow Implementation Specialist Should Possess Strong Technical Skills, Including Proficiency In Javascript, Html, Css, And Other Web Development Languages. They Should Also Have Experience With Scripting And Workflows In Servicenow.

  • Project Management Skills: The Candidate Should Have Excellent Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Manage Timelines, Resources, And Budgets Effectively. They Should Also Be Familiar With Project Management Methodologies And Tools.

  • Communication And Collaboration: As A Servicenow Implementation Specialist, The Candidate Will Be Working Closely With Clients, Cross-Functional Teams, And Stakeholders. Therefore, Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills Are Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders And Work Collaboratively With Different Teams To Deliver Successful Implementations.
