  1. Lead ServiceNow implementations for clients, ensuring successful delivery and implementation of technology solutions.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and develop customized solutions using ServiceNow.
  3. Utilize expert knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its capabilities to design and develop efficient and effective solutions for clients.
  4. Provide technical guidance and support to clients and team members throughout the implementation process.
  5. Conduct thorough assessments and analysis of client systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  6. Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely and successful completion of projects.
  7. Communicate project progress and updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
  8. Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow updates and enhancements to continuously improve implementation processes.
  9. Identify and address potential risks and issues during the implementation process.
  10. Train clients on the use and maintenance of ServiceNow solutions.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert for all ServiceNow related inquiries and provide guidance and support to team members.
  12. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new opportunities for ServiceNow implementations.
  13. Contribute to the development and improvement of implementation methodologies and processes.
  14. Represent Accenture and its values while interacting with clients and stakeholders.
  15. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Experience In Servicenow Platform: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding And Hands-On Experience In Implementing And Customizing Servicenow Solutions, Including Modules Such As Itsm, Csm, Hr, And Itom.

  • Servicenow Certification: A Servicenow Implementation Specialist Certification Is A Must-Have For This Role. This Certification Demonstrates A Thorough Understanding Of The Servicenow Platform And Its Functionalities.

  • Project Management Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Manage And Lead Projects From Start To Finish. The Candidate Should Have Excellent Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Define Project Scope, Create Project Timelines, And Manage Project Resources.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Servicenow Implementation Specialist, The Candidate Will Be Working Closely With Clients, Project Teams, And Other Stakeholders. Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential To Effectively Collaborate And Communicate Project Updates, Challenges, And Solutions.
