As an Implementation Specialist, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions for our clients.   1. Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions for clients.
  2. Serve as a subject matter expert on the ServiceNow platform.
  3. Collaborate with clients and team members to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow implementations.
  5. Stay up-to-date on the latest ServiceNow features and functionality.
  6. Train and educate clients and team members on the use of ServiceNow.
  7. Create and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow implementations.
  8. Work closely with project managers to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
  9. Proactively identify and recommend improvements to clients' ServiceNow implementations.
  10. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely delivery of solutions.
  11. Continuously improve processes and procedures for ServiceNow implementations.
  12. Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and best practices.
  13. Demonstrate a strong understanding of business processes and how they can be supported by ServiceNow.
  14. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and innovations in the ServiceNow space.
  15. Adhere to Accenture's code of ethics and values at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of It Service Management (Itsm) Processes And Best Practices.

  • At Least 3 Years Of Experience Working With Servicenow, Including Implementation And Configuration.

  • Experience In Project Management, Including Leading And Managing A Team.

  • Servicenow Certifications Such As Certified Implementation Specialist And Certified System Administrator.
