  1. Lead and manage end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow solutions for clients, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, project managers, and business analysts, to understand client requirements and design effective solutions.
  3. Conduct thorough analysis of client needs and provide recommendations for best practices and process improvements.
  4. Configure and customize ServiceNow platform to meet client specifications, utilizing your in-depth knowledge of the platform.
  5. Develop and execute test plans to ensure proper functionality and user acceptance of implemented solutions.
  6. Train and support clients on the use of ServiceNow platform, providing guidance and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow updates and industry trends to continuously improve implementation processes and offerings.
  8. Act as a subject matter expert for ServiceNow, providing insights and recommendations for clients and internal teams.
  9. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results.
  10. Communicate project progress, risks, and issues effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  11. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of project activities and configurations.
  12. Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow.
  13. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new opportunities and contribute to proposal development.
  14. Uphold Accenture's values and standards, ensuring ethical and professional behavior at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Implementing Servicenow Solutions In A Consulting Or Enterprise Environment.

  • Servicenow Certification In Implementation Specialist Or Similar.

  • Strong Understanding Of Servicenow Platform And Its Various Modules, Including Itsm, Itom, Hr, And Csm.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills And Experience Leading Cross-Functional Teams, Including Developers, Business Analysts, And Stakeholders.
