As a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing customized solutions to meet our clients' specific business needs.   1. Design and implement customized ServiceNow solutions for clients to meet their specific business needs.
  2. Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert recommendations for ServiceNow implementation.
  3. Utilize your strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices to ensure high-quality and efficient implementations.
  4. Work closely with the project team to develop project plans and timelines for ServiceNow implementation.
  5. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of customized solutions to ensure they meet client expectations.
  6. Provide technical guidance and support to clients during the implementation process.
  7. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of ServiceNow solutions, making necessary adjustments and improvements.
  8. Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow developments and incorporate them into the implementation process.
  9. Communicate progress and potential roadblocks to project managers and clients regularly.
  10. Train end-users on how to effectively use the implemented ServiceNow solutions.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow technology and provide guidance and support to team members.
  12. Maintain accurate documentation of implemented solutions and processes.
  13. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving implementation processes and strategies.
  14. Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues during implementation.
  15. Uphold Accenture's high standards of professionalism and client satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge Of Servicenow Platform: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Servicenow Platform And Its Capabilities, Including Service Management, It Operations Management, And Service Automation.

  • Experience With Implementing Servicenow Solutions: The Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Servicenow Solutions For Clients In Various Industries, With A Strong Understanding Of Implementation Methodologies And Best Practices.

  • Technical Expertise: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Technical Skills, Including Experience With Javascript, Html, Css, And Other Web Development Languages. Knowledge Of Scripting Languages Such As Powershell And Python Is Also Desirable.

  • Project Management Skills: The Candidate Should Have Experience In Managing Projects And Leading Cross-Functional Teams To Deliver Servicenow Solutions. Excellent Organizational, Planning, And Communication Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role.

  • Servicenow Certifications: The Candidate Should Hold Relevant Servicenow Certifications, Such As Certified Implementation Specialist And Certified Servicenow System Administrator. These Certifications Demonstrate The Candidate's Expertise And Commitment To The Servicenow Platform.
