At Accenture, we are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our team and help us leverage ServiceNow to improve our IT workflow and operations. In this role, you will work with our IT teams to define, develop and deploy ServiceNow solutions that will enable our business to efficiently manage IT operations and deliver services.The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst with a demonstrated ability to analyze business requirements and develop ServiceNow solutions to meet those requirements. You should have a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and the ability to design and develop ServiceNow modules, reports, and resources. Additionally, you should have a strong background in IT operations and be able to identify areas of improvement in order to maximize efficiency.We want someone who is passionate about IT and eager to use ServiceNow to help our business run more efficiently.
