Job Description

Accenture is looking for an experienced, communicative, and passionate Service Desk Management Application Support Engineer to join our world-class team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise in the development and maintenance of applications used by our Service Desk team. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of problem-solving, excellent customer service and communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.To be successful in this role, you should have a thorough understanding of Service Desk Management applications, including ticketing, asset, and inventory management systems, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role and be comfortable working with a variety of software, programming languages, and operating systems. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are also essential. If you are a motivated self-starter who is passionate about technology and service delivery, we want to hear from you.
