  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for enterprise architecture, in alignment with business goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of enterprise architects, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure successful execution of projects.
  3. Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective technology solutions.
  4. Conduct thorough analysis of current technology infrastructure and identify areas for improvement and modernization.
  5. Stay abreast of industry trends, advancements and emerging technologies to continuously improve and enhance enterprise architecture.
  6. Define and maintain architectural standards, principles, and guidelines to ensure consistency across the organization.
  7. Oversee the design and deployment of complex technology solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and aligned with business requirements.
  8. Drive innovation and transformation within the organization by identifying and implementing new technologies and processes.
  9. Communicate and present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.
  11. Monitor and evaluate the performance of enterprise architecture initiatives, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
  12. Develop and manage budgets for enterprise architecture projects, ensuring cost-effective solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
  13. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the enterprise architecture team.
  14. Represent Accenture at industry events, conferences, and forums to showcase thought leadership in enterprise architecture.
  15. Uphold and promote Accenture's values and principles in all interactions and initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Enterprise Architecture: A Senior Manager In Enterprise Architecture At Accenture Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Designing And Implementing Enterprise Architecture Solutions For Large Organizations. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Enterprise Architecture Frameworks, Methodologies, And Best Practices.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Senior Manager, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Enterprise Architects And Collaborating With Various Stakeholders, Including Executives And Business Leaders. They Should Have Proven Experience In Managing And Motivating Teams To Deliver High-Quality Results.

  • Business Acumen: A Senior Manager In Enterprise Architecture Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Business Processes, Strategies, And Objectives. They Should Be Able To Align The Enterprise Architecture Roadmap With The Business Goals And Objectives Of The Organization.
