1. Lead and participate in client engagements to provide strategic and technical expertise in the implementation and optimization of the SAP SuccessFactors suite.
2. Collaborate with clients to understand their HR and business needs and develop customized solutions using the SuccessFactors platform.
3. Conduct requirements gathering and analysis, develop functional and technical design documents, and configure the SuccessFactors system to meet client requirements.
4. Provide expert guidance and recommendations on best practices and industry trends to clients to drive business transformation and improve HR processes.
5. Conduct system testing and support clients in user acceptance testing to ensure successful implementation of the SuccessFactors suite.
6. Develop and deliver training and support materials for end-users to promote adoption and improve user experience with the SuccessFactors system.
7. Stay updated on the latest developments and updates in the SuccessFactors suite and provide insights to clients on potential opportunities for improvement and optimization.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and other consultants, to deliver high-quality solutions and meet project timelines.
9. Proactively identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may arise during the implementation or optimization process.
10. Mentor and train junior consultants on the SuccessFactors suite and project delivery methodologies.
11. Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing and presentations, to support the growth of the SuccessFactors practice at Accenture.
12. Ensure adherence to project budgets, timelines, and quality standards to meet client expectations.
13. Maintain and build strong relationships with clients to drive customer satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
14. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HR technology to bring innovative ideas and solutions to client engagements.
15. Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of client information.
