Extensive Experience With Sap Successfactors: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Sap Successfactors Modules Including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, And Learning. They Should Also Have Experience With Configuration, Customization, And Integration With Other Sap Modules.
Strong Project Management Skills: The Candidate Should Have Experience Managing Full-Cycle Implementation Projects, Including Scoping, Planning, Execution, And Post-Implementation Support. They Should Also Have Experience Working With Cross-Functional Teams And Managing Project Timelines And Budgets.
Knowledge Of Hr Processes And Best Practices: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Hr Processes And Best Practices, And How They Can Be Configured And Optimized In Sap Successfactors. This Includes Knowledge Of Global Hr Regulations And Compliance Requirements.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Consultant, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Working Closely With Clients To Understand Their Business Needs And Provide Solutions. Therefore, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For Building Relationships And Delivering Successful Projects.
Sap Successfactors Certifications: The Candidate Should Have Relevant Sap Successfactors Certifications, Such As Successfactors Certified Application Associate Or Successfactors Certified Application Professional.
