Job Description

As a Senior Manager for SAP Sales & Distribution (SD)/Order to Cash (OTC) at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients maximize their SAP investments and drive business growth.   1. Lead and manage large-scale SAP implementations for clients in the Sales & Distribution (SD)/Order to Cash (OTC) domain.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and requirements.
  3. Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients to help them maximize their SAP investments and drive business growth.
  4. Utilize deep knowledge and understanding of SD/OTC processes to design and implement SAP solutions that meet client needs.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects, including project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
  6. Mentor and guide junior team members to continuously improve their skills and knowledge in SAP SD/OTC.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in SAP SD/OTC to provide thought leadership and drive innovation.
  8. Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
  9. Lead and facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate clients on SAP SD/OTC processes and solutions.
  10. Take ownership of project deliverables and ensure high-quality standards are met.
  11. Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposal development.
  12. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with SAP and other technology partners to stay current on product updates and enhancements.
  13. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and drive process optimization to enhance client satisfaction and project success.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert on SAP SD/OTC and provide guidance and support to clients and team members as needed.
  15. Embrace a customer-centric approach and strive for excellence in customer service to ensure long-term client relationships.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience With Sap Sales & Distribution (Sd) And Order-To-Cash (Otc) Processes: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience Working With Sap Sd And Otc Modules, With A Deep Understanding Of The End-To-End Sales And Order Management Processes.

  • Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills: As A Senior Manager At Accenture, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing A Team Of Consultants. Therefore, They Should Have Proven Experience In Managing And Mentoring Teams, As Well As The Ability To Drive Project Delivery And Ensure Client Satisfaction.

  • Business Acumen And Strategic Thinking: A Sap Sd/Otc Senior Manager Should Possess Strong Business Acumen And A Strategic Mindset To Understand Clients' Business Needs And Provide Tailored Solutions. They Should Also Be Able To Identify New Business Opportunities And Contribute To The Growth Of The Practice.
