  1. Lead and manage SAP SD/OTC projects for clients, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing expert guidance on SAP SD/OTC processes.
  3. Utilize deep knowledge of SAP SD/OTC processes and industry best practices to optimize and improve clients' business processes.
  4. Serve as a subject matter expert on SAP SD/OTC, providing guidance and support to project teams and clients.
  5. Keep up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in SAP SD/OTC and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of projects.
  7. Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within scope and on time.
  8. Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  9. Communicate effectively with clients, project teams, and senior management, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any issues that may arise.
  10. Proactively identify risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  11. Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for clients and internal teams to promote understanding and adoption of SAP SD/OTC processes.
  12. Play a key role in business development activities, including identifying new opportunities and contributing to proposals and presentations for potential clients.
  13. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in SAP SD/OTC, and incorporate them into project delivery to drive business growth and success.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Sap Sales & Distribution (Sd) And Order-To-Cash (Otc) Modules, With At Least 8-10 Years Of Hands-On Implementation Experience.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of End-To-End Sales Processes, Pricing, Contracts, And Billing In A Variety Of Industries Using Sap Sd/Otc.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale, Complex Sap Sd/Otc Projects, Including Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Delivering On Time And Within Budget.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Engage With Clients And Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Advanced Understanding Of Sap Integration With Other Modules, Such As Finance And Logistics, As Well As Third-Party Systems, To Drive End-To-End Business Processes And Deliver Seamless Solutions.
