  1. Lead and manage the delivery of SAP programs and projects for our clients, ensuring successful and timely completion within budget and scope.
  2. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure that project milestones are met.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
  4. Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
  5. Provide guidance and direction to project team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to successfully complete their tasks.
  6. Oversee the implementation of SAP solutions, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
  7. Serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues.
  8. Manage project documentation and ensure all deliverables are of high quality and meet client requirements.
  9. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in SAP implementation and project management to continuously improve project delivery.
  10. Mentor and coach junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge in SAP and project management.
  11. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify opportunities for new or expanded project engagements.
  12. Represent Accenture as a subject matter expert in SAP implementation and project management in client meetings and industry events.
  13. Continuously drive innovation and improvement in project delivery processes and methodologies.
  14. Adhere to Accenture's policies and procedures, including those related to information security and confidentiality.
  15. Maintain a positive and collaborative working relationship with all stakeholders, promoting Accenture's values and culture.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Sap Project Management: A Successful Sap Program & Project Delivery Lead Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience Managing Large-Scale Sap Projects, With A Proven Track Record Of Delivering Projects On Time, Within Budget, And Meeting Client Expectations.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Sap Solutions: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Sap Products And Solutions, Including S/4Hana, Erp, Crm, Scm, And Other Modules, As Well As Experience In Implementing Or Upgrading These Solutions.

  • Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills: As A Sap Program & Project Delivery Lead, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing Multiple Stakeholders, Including Clients, Project Team Members, And Other Stakeholders. Strong Communication Skills And The Ability To Build Relationships Are Crucial For Success In This Role.

  • Experience In Managing Global And Cross-Functional Teams: Accenture Is A Global Company, And The Sap Program & Project Delivery Lead Will Be Responsible For Managing Teams Across Different Geographies. Experience In Managing Diverse, Cross-Functional Teams Is Essential For Success In This Role.

  • Project Management Certification: A Project Management Professional (Pmp) Or Prince2 Certification Is Highly Desirable For This Role. It Demonstrates The Candidate's Knowledge And Expertise In Project Management Methodologies And Best Practices, Which Are Crucial For Managing Complex Sap Projects At Accenture.
