- Lead and oversee the delivery of SAP programs and projects for clients, ensuring successful execution and completion within budget and timeline constraints.
- Utilize your extensive knowledge and experience with SAP to design and implement effective solutions that meet client needs and drive business value.
- Develop and maintain project plans, track progress, and provide regular status updates to project stakeholders.
- Manage project resources, including team members and external vendors, to ensure efficient and effective delivery of project objectives.
- Act as a liaison between clients and project teams, managing expectations and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any challenges that may impact project success.
- Utilize project management methodologies and tools to ensure consistent and efficient project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and testers, to ensure end-to-end delivery of SAP solutions.
- Continuously evaluate and improve project delivery processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in SAP technology, incorporating them into project delivery strategies.
- Represent Accenture and promote our services and capabilities to clients, fostering strong relationships and identifying potential business opportunities.
Extensive Experience With Sap Implementation Projects: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Managing And Delivering Sap Implementation Projects Across Various Industries. They Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of The End-To-End Implementation Process And Be Able To Effectively Manage Project Timelines, Budgets, And Resources.
Strong Project Management Skills: The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Projects And Leading Cross-Functional Teams. They Should Be Well-Versed In Project Management Methodologies, Such As Agile Or Waterfall, And Have Experience In Using Project Management Tools To Track Progress And Identify And Mitigate Risks.
Deep Knowledge Of Sap Solutions: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Sap Products And Solutions, Including Sap S/4Hana, Sap Hcm, Sap Crm, And Sap Scm. They Should Be Able To Provide Strategic Guidance And Recommendations To Clients On How To Leverage These Solutions To Meet Their Business Needs.
Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills: As A Delivery Lead, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing Relationships With Clients, Stakeholders, And Team Members. They Should Have Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, And Be Able To Effectively Communicate Project Updates, Risks, And Issues To All Stakeholders.
Leadership And Team Management Experience: The Candidate Should Have Experience In Leading And Managing Teams, Both Onshore And Offshore. They Should Have The Ability To Motivate And Mentor Team Members, Delegate Tasks Effectively, And Foster A Collaborative And High-Performing Team Environment.
