Job Description

Accenture is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Life Sciences Supply Chain/Manufacturing Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing and optimizing SAP supply chain and manufacturing solutions for our life sciences clients. You will use your extensive industry knowledge and technical expertise in SAP to drive business transformation and deliver tangible results. We are looking for a self-motivated and collaborative individual with a strong understanding of life sciences supply chain and manufacturing processes, and a proven track record of successful SAP implementations.   1. Lead and oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP supply chain and manufacturing solutions for life sciences clients.
  2. Utilize extensive industry knowledge and technical expertise in SAP to drive business transformation and deliver tangible results.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand client requirements and develop effective solutions.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in SAP technology to continuously improve and innovate solutions.
  6. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
  7. Conduct thorough analysis and assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize supply chain and manufacturing processes.
  8. Communicate with project stakeholders and senior management to provide updates on project progress and address any issues or concerns.
  9. Ensure project timelines and budgets are met while maintaining high quality standards.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert for life sciences supply chain and manufacturing processes, providing insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
  11. Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations.
  12. Collaborate with other teams and departments within the organization to share knowledge and resources and drive continuous improvement.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain confidentiality of client information.

Job Qualifications
  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Sap Life Sciences Supply Chain And Manufacturing Modules: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Sap Modules Such As Material Management, Production Planning, Quality Management, And Plant Maintenance, Specifically Within The Life Sciences Industry.

  • Experience In Leading End-To-End Sap Implementation Projects: The Candidate Should Have Experience In Successfully Leading And Delivering Full-Cycle Sap Implementation Projects For Life Sciences Clients, From Scoping And Requirements Gathering To Testing And Deployment.

  • Understanding Of Regulatory Compliance Requirements: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Regulatory Compliance In The Life Sciences Industry, Including Fda Regulations And Gxp Guidelines. This Knowledge Is Essential To Ensure That The Sap System Meets All Necessary Compliance Requirements.

  • Strong Project Management Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Plan, Organize, And Manage Resources To Meet Project Timelines And Deliverables. Experience In Agile Methodology Is Preferred.

  • Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills: As A Lead Role, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Client Relationships. This Includes The Ability To Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
