  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for all SAP Life Sciences OTC related projects within the organization.
  2. Lead and manage a team of SAP consultants to deliver high-quality solutions to clients in the life sciences industry.
  3. Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and recommend appropriate SAP solutions.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to streamline and optimize OTC processes for clients.
  5. Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients and team members on SAP Life Sciences OTC modules.
  6. Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of solutions within budget.
  7. Conduct regular training and knowledge sharing sessions for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge of SAP systems.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in SAP Life Sciences OTC to provide innovative solutions to clients.
  9. Act as a mentor and coach to junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  10. Work closely with other teams within the organization to deliver integrated solutions for clients.
  11. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide ongoing support and solutions.
  12. Ensure compliance with company standards and best practices in all SAP Life Sciences OTC projects.
  13. Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project timelines and deliverables.
  14. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new opportunities and contribute to business growth.
  15. Represent Accenture at industry events and conferences to showcase our expertise in SAP Life Sciences OTC.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Implementing Sap Otc (Order-To-Cash) Modules In The Life Sciences Industry, With A Strong Understanding Of Industry-Specific Business Processes.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Sap Life Sciences Solution Offerings, Including Sap S/4Hana, Sap Mdg, And Sap Ariba, And Their Integration With Otc Processes.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading Large-Scale Sap Life Sciences Otc Implementation Projects, Including Managing Project Scope, Timelines, And Resources.

  • Strong Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Engage And Build Relationships With Clients, Team Members, And Other Stakeholders.

  • Ability To Provide Expert Guidance And Thought Leadership To Clients On Industry Best Practices, Process Optimization, And Digital Transformation Initiatives Within The Life Sciences Otc Space.
