- Lead the development and implementation of SAP solutions for Life Sciences clients, specifically in the Order to Cash (OTC) domain
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design innovative solutions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the Life Sciences industry and incorporate them into solution design
- Conduct thorough analysis and identify areas for improvement in client processes and systems
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets and ensure timely delivery of projects within allocated resources
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and ensure their professional growth and development
- Serve as a subject matter expert on SAP OTC processes and provide recommendations for process optimization and automation
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and address any concerns or issues that may arise during the project lifecycle
- Conduct training and knowledge sharing sessions for clients and colleagues to ensure successful adoption of new solutions
- Proactively identify and address risks and issues that may impact project delivery and escalate as needed
- Continuously monitor and evaluate project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Life Sciences.
At Least 8 Years Of Experience Working With Sap Life Sciences Otc (Order-To-Cash) Module, Including Implementation And Support Projects.
Strong Knowledge Of Pharmaceutical And Medical Device Industry Processes, Including Order Management, Pricing, Rebates, And Contract Management.
Proven Experience Leading Project Teams And Managing Client Relationships In A Consulting Environment.
Expertise In Analyzing Business Requirements, Designing And Implementing Solutions, And Providing Ongoing Support And Maintenance For Sap Life Sciences Otc Systems.
