  1. Oversee all aspects of SAP Group Reporting for clients, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and providing expert guidance on SAP Group Reporting processes.
  3. Utilize deep knowledge of financial processes to identify and implement process improvements for clients.
  4. Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing coaching and guidance to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to SAP Group Reporting.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in SAP Group Reporting standards, and proactively advise clients on potential impacts.
  7. Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring all deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
  8. Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and any potential risks or issues.
  9. Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team skills and capabilities related to SAP Group Reporting.
  10. Work closely with sales and business development teams to identify new opportunities for SAP Group Reporting services and support proposal development.
  11. Represent Accenture as a subject matter expert in SAP Group Reporting at industry events and conferences.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data protection guidelines.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience With Sap Group Reporting: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Sap Group Reporting, With A Proven Track Record Of Successful Implementations And Projects. This Includes Knowledge Of Sap S/4Hana And Sap Group Reporting Toolset.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Senior Manager, This Role Requires The Ability To Lead A Team Of Consultants And Effectively Manage Client Relationships. The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Project Management Principles, And The Ability To Drive And Motivate A Team Towards Successful Project Delivery.

  • Financial Reporting And Consolidation Expertise: The Role Requires A Thorough Understanding Of Financial Reporting And Consolidation Processes, Including Statutory And Management Reporting, Intercompany Eliminations, And Currency Translation. The Candidate Should Have Experience In Designing, Implementing, And Optimizing Financial Consolidation Processes In A Sap Environment.

  • Business Process Knowledge: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Business Processes Related To Financial Reporting And Consolidation, Including Group Chart Of Accounts, Consolidation Hierarchies, And Financial Master Data. Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Compliance Standards Is Also Desirable.

  • Excellent Communication And Client Management Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Concepts To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders. Strong Client Management Skills Are Also Essential For Building And Maintaining Relationships With Clients.
