  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and design customized EWM solutions.
  4. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in EWM technology to constantly enhance our service offerings.
  5. Coach and mentor team members to develop their skills and knowledge in EWM and SAP.
  6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to ensure high-quality work and professional development.
  7. Act as a subject matter expert on EWM and provide support to clients and project teams as needed.
  8. Communicate with clients to understand their business needs and provide strategic recommendations for optimizing warehouse operations.
  9. Oversee the implementation of EWM projects and ensure timely delivery within budget and scope.
  10. Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  11. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to identify potential areas for business growth.
  12. Stay updated with industry standards and regulations related to warehouse management and ensure compliance in all project deliverables.
  13. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to EWM projects.
  14. Collaborate with other Accenture teams to generate cross-selling opportunities and promote our SAP services to clients.
  15. Serve as a brand ambassador for Accenture, representing our values and commitment to delivering exceptional results.
