Responsibilities:

1. Manage and integrate SAP EAM solutions for clients.
2. Provide technical expertise, advice on best practices, and support to customers.
3. Diagnose complex configurations and troubleshoot issues.
4. Develop and implement SAP EAM best practices.
5. Understand the SAP integration framework.
6. Manage projects and coordinate with stakeholders.
7. Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
8. Prepare and present reports to customers and other stakeholders.
9. Monitor project progress and ensure timelines are met.
10. Develop, test, and deploy solutions.
11. Analyze customer needs and recommend solutions.
12. Train customers on the use of SAP EAM solutions.
