  1. Develop and maintain SAP applications and integrations for clients using the latest technologies and tools provided by SAP's Business Technology Platform.
  2. Lead and manage a team of SAP professionals to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions to clients.
  3. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide customized solutions using SAP technologies.
  4. Utilize your extensive knowledge and experience in SAP application development and integration to drive innovation and continuously improve processes.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and trends, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  6. Act as a subject matter expert for SAP technologies, providing guidance and support to team members and clients.
  7. Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful and timely completion of projects.
  8. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to understand requirements, provide updates, and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
  9. Collaborate with other departments and teams within Accenture to leverage expertise and resources for the benefit of clients.
  10. Act as a mentor and coach for junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and grow within the company.
  11. Ensure compliance with company and industry standards, regulations, and best practices in all SAP development and integration activities.
  12. Contribute to the development and improvement of Accenture's SAP offerings and capabilities, staying at the forefront of industry trends and advancements.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Sap Btp Application Development And Integration, With A Proven Track Record Of Successful Project Implementations.

  • Strong Understanding Of Various Sap Btp Tools And Technologies, Such As Sap Cloud Platform, Sapui5, And Sap Hana, And The Ability To Utilize Them Effectively In Solution Design And Development.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Like Java, Javascript, And Html5, As Well As Knowledge Of Cloud-Based Development Methodologies And Agile Project Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Lead A Team Of Developers And Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
