- Lead the development and integration of SAP BTP applications for clients, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand business requirements and design effective solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to a team of developers, driving innovation and best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest SAP BTP technologies and trends, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budget, and scope, and manage any risks or issues that may arise.
- Conduct code reviews and implement quality assurance processes to maintain a high level of code quality.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and resolve any issues.
- Mentor and coach junior team members to enhance their technical skills and promote their professional growth.
- Work closely with project managers to provide status updates, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively suggest solutions.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of the SAP BTP applications, and make recommendations for enhancements and optimizations.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sap Application Development And Integration, With At Least 2 Years Of Experience In A Lead Role.
Strong Knowledge And Experience With Sap Btp (Business Technology Platform) And Its Various Components, Such As Sap Cloud Platform, Sap Analytics Cloud, Sap Integration Suite, Etc.
Expertise In Implementing And Customizing Sap Solutions Using Sap Fiori, Sapui5, And Other Development Tools.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Mentor A Team Of Developers To Deliver High-Quality Solutions Within Tight Deadlines.
