- Manage and optimize the procurement process using SAP Ariba solutions.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to drive efficiency and cost savings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices within the procurement process.
- Conduct regular market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and supplier capabilities.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
- Utilize SAP Ariba tools and analytics to track and report on procurement metrics and KPIs.
- Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders to drive collaboration and partnerships.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to streamline the procurement process.
- Stay updated on the latest SAP Ariba updates and enhancements and provide recommendations for their implementation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
- Communicate procurement strategies and results to upper management and other relevant stakeholders.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support overall business objectives.
- Train and onboard new team members on SAP Ariba tools and processes.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in indirect procurement to bring innovative ideas to the company.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Procurement And Sourcing, Preferably In A Consulting Or Corporate Environment.
Expertise In Sap Ariba And Other Procurement Software Systems.
Strong Understanding Of Indirect Procurement Categories Such As Marketing, It, And Professional Services.
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Project Management Skills.
