- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide technical expertise.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Stay updated on the latest Salesforce technologies and tools and make recommendations for their implementation.
- Train and onboard new team members on Salesforce development processes and tools.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables by conducting thorough testing and implementing quality control measures.
- Proactively identify and address technical risks and issues.
- Collaborate with other technical leads and teams to ensure consistency and standardization across projects.

Strong Technical Expertise In Salesforce Platform: A Salesforce Technical Lead At Accenture Should Have A Strong Understanding And Hands-On Experience With Salesforce Platform, Including Its Various Modules And Features Such As Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, Etc.
Experience In Leading Salesforce Implementation Projects: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading Salesforce Implementation Projects, From Requirement Gathering To Post-Implementation Support. This Includes Managing Project Timelines, Resources, And Budgets Effectively.
Strong Communication And Leadership Skills: As A Technical Lead, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Developers And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams. Therefore, Strong Communication And Leadership Skills Are Essential For This Role.
