  1. Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers to ensure successful project deliveries.
  2. Utilize technical expertise to design and implement cutting-edge solutions for clients.
  3. Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform to guide and support team members.
  4. Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
  5. Provide technical guidance and support to team members in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  6. Collaborate with project managers and other team members to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  7. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce developments and recommend best practices to improve project delivery and client satisfaction.
  8. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to foster their professional development.
  9. Identify and address any risks or issues that may arise during project execution.
  10. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote teamwork and productivity.
  11. Represent Accenture as a subject matter expert in Salesforce technology and solutions.
  12. Continuously improve processes and procedures to optimize project delivery and client satisfaction.
  13. Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing and presentations, to secure new clients and projects.
  14. Maintain a high level of professionalism and uphold Accenture's values and standards.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience With Salesforce Development: A Salesforce Technical Lead At Accenture Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Salesforce Platform And Its Various Components, Including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, And Integrations.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Technical Lead, This Role Will Require Leading A Team Of Developers And Collaborating With Other Departments And Stakeholders. Therefore, Strong Leadership Skills, Including Communication, Project Management, And Problem-Solving, Are Essential.

  • Salesforce Certifications: Accenture Values Salesforce Certifications And Typically Requires Technical Leads To Hold At Least One Or More Salesforce Certifications, Such As The Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I Or Ii, Salesforce Certified Data Architecture And Management Designer, Or Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer.

  • Experience With Agile Methodology: Accenture Follows Agile Methodology For Project Delivery, And A Technical Lead Should Have Experience Working In Agile Environments And Leading Agile Teams.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices: A Salesforce Technical Lead Should Be Up-To-Date With The Latest Industry Trends, Best Practices, And Emerging Technologies Related To Salesforce Development. They Should Also Have Experience Implementing These Practices In Previous Projects.
