Job Description

A Salesforce Business Analyst with a keen eye for problem solving. You work with project teams to identify and analyze clients’ requirements and craft the right solution. On top of this, you’ve got the communication skills to build the right rapport clients to get the project off the ground. Map functional requirements to Salesforce.com features and functionality and build training materials to train new users in Salesforce and other applications. Identify and log requirements to create, test, and launch the CRM solution. Evaluate information from a range of sources, settle any inconsistencies, and break down high-level information into details. Work with Architects and Developers to transform new requirements into Salesforce.com design and implementation. Configure Users, Profiles Role Creation/Maintenance, Custom and Formula Fields, Validation Rules, Page Layouts and List views, Assignment/Auto Response/Critical issue, Workflows & Approvals, and Process Builder.

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years working as Business Analyst

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience implementing CRM solutions from start to finish

  • Experience working with sandbox and production environments to lead the distribution of system functional or process changes

  • Demonstrated ability as a Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce App Builder (minimum 2 years)
