Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Senior Manager - Talent & HR BPO to join our team at Accenture. As part of the Sales team, you will be responsible for driving and managing sales activities for our Talent & HR BPO. You will have the opportunity to be on the forefront of the sales process, working closely with clients to both identify and understand their needs and then develop and deliver tailored solutions.The ideal candidate will possess a passion for sales, a strong work ethic, and a desire to exceed expectations. This role requires a minimum of five years' experience in sales and/or business development and a Bachelor degree in a related field. Additionally, you should have in-depth knowledge of the Talent & HR BPO industry, be an excellent negotiator, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales of Talent & HR BPO solutions.
  2. Establish relationships with potential and existing clients to build a strong customer base.
  3. Negotiate terms of business with clients and ensure all agreements are in compliance with company policies.
  4. Develop and deliver tailored solutions to meet clients’ needs.
  5. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and determine sales strategies.
  6. Generate reports and analyze performance metrics to monitor and optimize sales activities.
  7. Monitor the competition to stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  8. Manage and lead a team of sales professionals to ensure targets are met.
  9. Participate in events and conferences to promote the company’s products and services.
  10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
