As a leader in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) space, the successful candidate will be a key player in the development and growth of our Talent & HR BPO practice.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8+ years of sales experience in the BPO industry, and have a proven track record of success in driving sales and revenue growth. A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, as is an MBA. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The Sales Senior Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy, leading a team of sales professionals, building relationships with key clients, and expanding Accenture’s customer base.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the Talent & HR BPO space
2. Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
3. Build and maintain relationships with key clients
4. Expand Accenture’s customer base through strategic partnerships
5. Analyze and interpret sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for sales growth
6. Create and deliver presentations to senior stakeholders and potential customers
7. Provide leadership and guidance to sales team members
8. Ensure that sales processes and procedures are adhered to
9. Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to team members
10. Develop and manage a budget for the sales team
