The ideal candidate will have the skills to develop relationships with both existing and new clients, as well as possess excellent communication and sales skills.Required qualifications include a minimum of 5 years of previous experience in sales, preferably in the Talent & HR BPO space. An undergraduate degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
