- Lead the bid management process for Accenture, ensuring timely and effective delivery of high-quality bids to clients.
- Work closely with sales and delivery teams to develop winning bid strategies and solutions that meet client needs and align with Accenture's business objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand client requirements and tailor bids accordingly.
- Manage and coordinate the bid team, including subject matter experts, proposal writers, and graphic designers, to ensure a cohesive and high-quality bid submission.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of client industries, competitors, and market trends to inform bid strategies and positioning.
- Ensure all bids comply with Accenture's policies, procedures, and standards, and adhere to client requirements.
- Monitor and track bid progress, identify and mitigate risks, and provide regular updates to leadership on bid status and progress.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain a library of bid content, templates, and resources to streamline the bid process and improve efficiency.
- Continuously identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in the bid management process, and implement best practices to drive sales excellence.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Accenture, demonstrating a deep understanding of our services, capabilities, and culture to effectively promote our brand to clients.
- Mentor and coach junior team members to develop their skills and capabilities in bid management.
- Represent Accenture at client meetings, conferences, and industry events to showcase our expertise and build relationships with potential clients.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Bid Management Or Sales Support.
Strong Project Management Skills With The Ability To Manage Multiple Bids And Deadlines.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Crm Software Such As Salesforce.
