We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Director to join our team and drive growth in our Mobility, Industry & Travel (MIT) division. As a Sales Director, you will play a critical role in developing and executing our sales strategy, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our MIT business. We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record of delivering sales excellence, a strong understanding of the MIT industry landscape, and a passion for driving innovative solutions for our clients.   1. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the Mobility, Industry & Travel division.
  2. Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth for the MIT division.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions.
  4. Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver effective sales proposals and presentations.
  6. Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
  7. Analyze sales data and metrics to track performance and make strategic adjustments as needed.
  8. Serve as a brand ambassador for the company and promote our services to potential clients.
  9. Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
  10. Mentor and coach sales team members to improve their skills and achieve their goals.
  11. Collaborate with senior management to set sales targets and contribute to business planning.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  13. Continually strive to improve sales processes and techniques to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Stay updated on industry developments and incorporate them into the sales strategy.
  15. Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times.
