Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end implementations of robotic process automation (RPA) solutions.
2. Drive the operationalization and scaling of those solutions.
3. Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
4. Develop and implement processes to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
5. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the implementation and scaling of RPA solutions.
6. Monitor the performance of RPA solutions and identify areas for improvement.
7. Research and evaluate new technologies to identify potential RPA solutions.
8. Train and mentor junior team members on best practices for RPA development.
9. Maintain and update documentation related to RPA processes and systems.
10. Work with stakeholders to ensure that all RPA solutions are compliant with internal and external standards.
