We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Advisor Senior Manager to join our team and help shape the responsible use of AI in our client engagements.   1. Advise clients on ethical and responsible AI practices in their engagements with Accenture.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement ethical guidelines and standards for the use of AI.
  3. Stay updated on the latest developments and trends in the field of responsible AI.
  4. Educate and train Accenture employees on responsible AI practices.
  5. Lead and facilitate discussions and workshops with clients and internal teams on ethical considerations in AI.
  6. Conduct research and analysis to identify potential ethical issues in AI applications.
  7. Provide guidance and support to project teams in addressing ethical concerns in AI projects.
  8. Work with clients to understand their business objectives and develop ethical AI solutions to achieve them.
  9. Communicate with clients and stakeholders on the importance of responsible AI and its impact on business and society.
  10. Contribute to thought leadership and publications on responsible AI.
  11. Represent Accenture in conferences and events related to responsible AI.
  12. Build and maintain relationships with clients and external partners in the AI and ethics community.
  13. Advocate for responsible AI practices within Accenture and with external stakeholders.
  14. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate ethical considerations into AI development processes.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve Accenture's responsible AI strategies and practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Deep Understanding Of Ai Ethics And Regulations: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Ethical Implications Of Ai And Be Well-Versed In Relevant Regulations, Such As Gdpr And Ccpa. They Should Also Have Experience In Implementing Responsible Ai Frameworks And Guidelines.

  • Strong Technical Background: A Strong Technical Background Is Essential For This Role, As The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Providing Technical Guidance And Oversight To Ai Projects. They Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Ai Algorithms, Data Privacy, And Security.

  • Experience In Ai Strategy And Governance: The Candidate Should Have Experience In Developing And Implementing Ai Strategies And Governance Frameworks For Organizations. They Should Be Able To Provide Strategic Guidance To Clients On How To Responsibly Integrate Ai Into Their Business Processes.

  • Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills: As A Senior Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Communicating Complex Ai Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders. They Should Possess Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills To Effectively Convey The Importance Of Responsible Ai To Clients And Internal Teams.

  • Extensive Industry Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Extensive Experience In The Ai Industry, With A Focus On Responsible Ai. They Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Latest Trends And Developments In The Field And Be Able To Provide Thought Leadership And Insights To Clients.
