We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Responsible AI - Advisor Manager to join our team and help guide our clients in ensuring responsible and ethical deployment of AI solutions.   1. Develop and implement responsible AI strategies and initiatives for our clients, in alignment with Accenture's overall responsible AI framework.
  2. Advise clients on best practices and principles for responsible and ethical deployment of AI solutions.
  3. Conduct thorough assessments of clients' current AI practices and identify areas for improvement to ensure responsible and ethical use of AI.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide guidance and support in integrating responsible AI principles into clients' business operations.
  5. Stay updated on the latest developments and trends in responsible AI and provide thought leadership to both internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Facilitate trainings and workshops for clients to increase awareness and understanding of responsible AI principles and practices.
  7. Monitor and track the impact of AI solutions deployed by clients to ensure they align with responsible AI principles.
  8. Identify potential risks and ethical concerns related to AI and provide proactive solutions to mitigate them.
  9. Engage with clients' leadership teams to promote a culture of responsible and ethical use of AI within their organizations.
  10. Collaborate with industry experts and organizations to drive responsible AI practices and standards globally.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Ai Ethics Principles: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Current Ai Ethics Principles And Frameworks, Such As Ieee Global Initiative On Ethics Of Autonomous And Intelligent Systems, To Ensure Responsible And Ethical Use Of Ai.

  • Experience In Ai Governance: The Candidate Should Have Experience In Developing And Implementing Ai Governance Frameworks, Including Risk Management Processes, Compliance Procedures, And Audit Mechanisms, To Ensure Responsible And Accountable Use Of Ai.

  • Understanding Of Industry Standards: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Industry Standards, Such As Iso/Iec 29000 Series And Ieee P7000 Series, To Guide The Development And Deployment Of Responsible Ai Solutions.

  • Familiarity With Regulatory Landscape: The Candidate Should Have A Working Knowledge Of The Current Regulatory Landscape For Ai, Including Data Privacy Laws And Guidelines, To Ensure Compliance And Mitigate Potential Risks.

  • Strong Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Diverse Teams And Stakeholders, Including Clients, Regulators, And Internal Teams, To Promote Responsible Ai Practices Within The Organization.
