
Responsible AI - Advisor Manager

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and develop responsible AI strategies that align with their goals.
- Provide expert guidance on responsible AI principles, including fairness, transparency, and accountability, to clients and internal teams.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' current AI practices and identify areas for improvement in terms of responsible and ethical considerations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in responsible AI to continuously enhance the company's approach and offerings.
- Lead and manage a team of advisors to ensure consistent and high-quality advice is provided to clients.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate clients and internal teams on responsible AI principles and best practices.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and industry experts.
- Participate in the development and implementation of responsible AI policies and procedures within the company.
- Proactively identify potential risks and ethical issues related to AI solutions and work with clients to mitigate them.
- Communicate complex technical concepts and ethical considerations to a non-technical audience in a clear and concise manner.
- Serve as a thought leader in the responsible AI space, representing the company at conferences and events.
- Foster a culture of responsible AI, diversity, and inclusion within the company and promote these values to clients.
- Monitor and measure the impact of responsible AI initiatives on clients' businesses and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and designers, to ensure responsible AI principles are embedded into the development process.
- Act as a mentor and coach to team members, providing support and guidance to help them grow and develop in their roles.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Ethical Principles And Guidelines For Responsible Ai Development, Such As The Eu's Ethics Guidelines For Trustworthy Ai Or The Ieee Global Initiative On Ethics Of Autonomous And Intelligent Systems.
Experience In Developing And Implementing Responsible Ai Strategies And Policies, Including Risk Assessment And Mitigation Strategies, Within A Corporate Or Organizational Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Ai Technologies And Their Potential Impact On Society, Including Knowledge Of Current And Emerging Trends In Ai Development And Their Implications For Responsible Ai Practices.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders And Build Relationships With Diverse Teams And Clients.
Proven Project Management And Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Teams Simultaneously, Deliver Results Within Tight Deadlines, And Adapt To Changing Priorities And Requirements.
