In this role, you will lead and advise our clients on ethical and responsible use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to drive business outcomes. We are seeking a dynamic individual who is not only well-versed in AI technologies, but also has a strong understanding of the ethical implications and potential risks associated with its implementation.   1. Lead and manage a team of Responsible AI Advisors to provide guidance and support to clients on ethical and responsible use of AI technologies.
  2. Develop and implement strategies and frameworks for responsible AI adoption in client organizations.
  3. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in AI technologies, as well as ethical and regulatory guidelines.
  4. Conduct thorough assessments of client AI systems and processes to identify potential ethical and legal risks.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure responsible AI practices are integrated into all aspects of client projects.
  6. Advise clients on best practices for data privacy, bias mitigation, and transparency in AI decision-making.
  7. Educate and train client teams on responsible AI principles and practices.
  8. Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure AI systems comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  9. Foster a culture of responsible AI within the organization by promoting awareness and understanding among employees.
  10. Act as a thought leader and represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums related to responsible AI.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Understanding Of Ai Ethics And Responsible Ai Principles: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Responsible Ai Principles, Including Fairness, Transparency, Accountability, And Privacy, And Should Be Able To Apply Them In Real-World Scenarios.

  • Experience In Managing Ai Projects: The Candidate Should Have Previous Experience In Managing Ai Projects, Including Developing Project Plans, Managing Timelines And Budgets, And Ensuring Successful Project Delivery.

  • Knowledge Of Ai Technologies And Industry Trends: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Knowledge Of Ai Technologies And Their Applications In Various Industries. They Should Also Be Aware Of The Latest Advancements And Trends In The Ai Industry.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As An Advisor Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Communicating Complex Ai Concepts And Recommendations To Clients And Internal Stakeholders. Therefore, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For This Role.

  • Experience In Client Management And Consulting: The Candidate Should Have Previous Experience In Client Management And Consulting, Preferably In The Ai Domain. They Should Be Able To Build Strong Relationships With Clients And Provide Strategic Guidance On Responsible Ai Practices.
