Job Description

The Regulatory Operations Publishing Associate within Accenture will be accountable for basic electronic submission tasks which underpin the Units electronic submission output service. Document processing including bookmarking, hyperlinking, identifying issues. Initial RO reviews and completion of assigned tasks with a high degree of quality in a timely manner and within budget. Follow all internal standards including Standard Operating Procedures, Guidance Documents and Policies throughout the submission lifecycle. Responsible for reading and learning external guidance documentation related to electronic submissions such as Health Authority Guidance documents or ICH guidance. Additional responsibilities as required, including document level Quality Control and assistance with Accenture’s internal development projects, as well as submission level publishing activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience in the Life Sciences industry

  • 4 years of experience working in an office setting doing administrative support or project coordination

  • Ability to identify problems issues and follow directions to solve resolve problems
