Regulatory Compliance Specialist

The Finance Compliance Specialist within the Regulatory Compliance Group supports annual regulatory submissions, including the Incurred Cost. Submission (ICS). Prepares and analyzes booked to billed contract reconciliations. Coordinates contract closeout reconciliations with Accounts. Receivable and Contract Management. Creates and maintains contract billing documentation. Monitors and researches GL activity to ensure accurate government reporting. Prepares reconciliations to subsidiary company ledgers Researches DCAA audit requests and prepare responses. Ensures internal controls compliance and documentation requirements are met. Provides analysis and reports upon request and presents findings. Identify, recommend, and enact improvements to processes.
