  1. Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and processes to ensure high-quality deliverables for our clients.
  2. Collaborate with project teams to define and establish quality standards and procedures.
  3. Conduct thorough reviews and testing of software and systems to identify and report any defects or issues.
  4. Utilize various testing tools and techniques to ensure that all aspects of a project meet quality standards.
  5. Continuously monitor and evaluate quality metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  6. Provide guidance and support to project teams on quality engineering best practices and processes.
  7. Stay updated on industry advancements and trends in quality engineering and incorporate them into our processes.
  8. Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to report on quality metrics, issues, and resolutions.
  9. Mentor and train junior quality engineering team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any quality-related issues.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards and regulations.
  12. Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project deliverables.
  13. Participate in project planning and review meetings to provide insights and recommendations on quality-related matters.
  14. Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of all quality assurance processes and procedures.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes a culture of quality and innovation.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field Such As Quality Management Or Industrial Engineering.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, Or A Related Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Quality Standards And Methodologies Such As Iso 9001, Six Sigma, And Lean.

  • Experience With Various Quality Tools And Techniques Such As Statistical Process Control, Root Cause Analysis, And Failure Mode And Effects Analysis.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
